It’s the 25th anniversary of the Millenium bug scare of 1999 and the media are reminding us about the anxieties we all 
had about how the technology would cope. Would the cash machines freeze up, would planes fall out of the sky? This was the theme I picked up in my 2022 novel ‘Collateral Damage’ which was full of ‘angst’ and uncertainty, both personal and political.
